Cross River Daily has been sturdily informed that former governor of Cross River State, Senator Liyel Imoke and Central Senate aspirant, Dodeye Arikpo amongst others, would today, be engaging students in a town hall meeting organised by the District’s students body.
The body, Central Senatorial Students Assembly, CENSSA holds her town hall meeting today, September 8th in Ugep, Yakurr Local Government Area and selected political, as-well-as opinion leaders would be present to dialogue with the students.
According to the president, Chief Obeten Emmanuel Enang, other community names expected on ground are; Wofai Ewa, Prof. Oka Obono, Alex Egbona, Dan Obo and Prince 7.
The venue for the event, the president said is Yakurr Local Government Area Council Hall, Ugep and the time, he said is 12pm.
The event which is themed: “Repositioning Cross River State Central Senatorial District Students/Youths For Robust Leadership And National Development”, Chief Obeten said seeks to advance talks on a sub-theme: “The Future We Want”.
