Nigerian Youth Congress, NYC has inaugurated an Executive Council, EXCO to oversee its affairs in the Northern District of the State.
The event which held yesterday at the State Secretariat of the Congress, Marian Opposite Mustard Seed Restaurant, Calabar had Obi Hubert Efu as Vice Chairman North and Ategwu Paul as Secretary.
Other members of the EXCO are Ebiala Monday, Director Planning and Strategies; Ayim Martha, Woman Leader; Odu Reuben, Ass. Secretary; Achang Sunday, Director of Organizations; Usheshe Theophilus, Publicity Secretary; Raymond Itile, Ass. Director of Organizations; John Omligbe Esq. Legal Adviser; Eneji Endurance, Director of Contacts and Mobilization; Oluohu Charlton, Financial Secretary; Mpiele Maria, Treasurer; Ogar Roseline Alorye, Deputy Women Leader; Mercy James Ebehung, Ass. Director of Planning and Strategy; Ebriku Benjamin Ibu, Ass. Director of Contacts and Mobilization; Uchendu Samuel Mark, Coordinator Non_Indigen.
Also Local Government Coordinators and Secretaries that were inaugurated include; Williams Efane, Ogoja LGA; Nyiam James Ajie, Secretary; Moses Ukieh, Obanleku LGA; Gold Ukaa, Secretary; Unie Miracle, Women Leader; Michael Ulakon, Yala LGA; Ogar Christopher, Secretary; Adula Virginia, Woman Leader; Joseph Onigha, Bekwara LGA; Omang Augustine, Secretary. Bekwara LGA.
The State Chairman of NYC, Comrade Romeo Ojong while appreciating and congratulating the newly inaugurated EXCO members urged them to live in unity and work for the betterment of the congress and the society at large. Stressing on the need for unity, Ojong said if they all work as one force, nothing can hinder them from achieving their individual, as well as the general goals of the congress.
Ojong also admonished them to take the relationship which they have established at the congress seriously, noting that they would all benefit thereof in the future.
