EXPOSED: “Ayade Borrowed 800 Million From CBN” To Build Rice Farm, Says Gov’s Media Aide Emmanuel Ulayi

Contrary to the claims by the State Governor, Sen (Prof) Benedict Ayade that his administration has not borrowed a dime since its inception in 2015, the Governor’s official Media Aide, Mr. Emmanuel Ulayi has come public to say that His Excellency “borrow 800 million from Central Bank to build the Ayade Rice Farm”.

Whereas the same Mr. Emmanuel Ulayi and his immediate Boss, Mr. Christian Ita, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor have, in several number of times held that the state had already reached its threshold before Ayade was sworn-in on May 29th, 2015 and as such, cannot obtain any loan facility, Cross Riverians are now interested to see how Gov. Ayade, Mr. Chris Ita and Ulayi would clarify citizens of the State on the recent exposure of a “800 million CBN loan” as seen in the screenshots provided below…

Maybe the State Government will pay a deaf ear to Mr. Emmanuel Ulayi’s claim, but truth has no hiding place and like destiny, it will always come to pass one day.
